Garage floor coatings in Flint
Flint is an unincorporated community about 20 minutes south of Tyler on Old Jacksonville Highway (FM 2493). We do free visits along FM 2493, in the neighborhoods toward Lake Palestine like Pine Trail Shores, and on acreage homesites around Flint.
Older slabs, new acreage, and lake air.
Flint has a mix of subdivisions built decades ago and brand-new acreage homesites. Older garage slabs often carry oil stains and old sealers that have to be ground off before anything will stick; new slabs need time to cure first.
Toward Lake Palestine, humidity runs higher. We test every slab for moisture and only install on days when the temperature and dew point are right.
